Workshops and Talks
We believe real change starts with authentic voices. That’s why our lived experience led talks and workshops don’t just educate, they engage, challenge, and inspire.

How we do it!
Our approach is different. We don’t rely on theory alone. Every session is built on lived experience, and co-production. We don’t just tell you what neuroinclusion looks like, we show you, through first-hand stories and interactive exercises that bring the reality of neurodivergence to life.
We know that understanding leads to action. That’s why our sessions are practical, reflective, and built to spark real conversations about how organisations can better support neurodivergent employees and create truly inclusive workplaces.
Why our approach works
Lived Experience
Our facilitators are neurodivergent. We share our journeys, challenges, and successes, helping to break down stigma and misconceptions.
Co-Production
We don’t create training in isolation. We work alongside neurodivergent individuals, organisations, and stakeholders to ensure our sessions reflect real-world needs.
Empathy in Action
We go beyond awareness with practical exercises like empathy mapping, role-play scenarios, and reflective discussions that shift mindsets.
