What’s New in 2025 for Neurodiversity SPARK

This year, we’re expanding our work and creating new opportunities for growth, connection, and inclusion. Here’s what’s coming:

1. Membership Platform: Co-Designed With Our Community

One of SPARK’s major goals in 2025 is to begin building our membership platform. This isn’t just a system, it’s a space designed by and for our members, reflecting the real needs of the neurodivergent community.

The platform will offer:

  • Exclusive access to workshops, webinars, and online resources.
  • Advocacy tools to help members champion neurodiversity in their workplaces and communities.
  • A hub for connection and collaboration, creating opportunities to share experiences, ideas, and solutions.

We’re committed to working hand-in-hand with our members to design a platform that is meaningful, accessible, and impactful.

 

 

 

2. SPARK Podcast: Amplifying Neurodivergent Voices

Launching in 2025, the SPARK Podcast is an exciting new way for us to amplify the voices of neurodivergent individuals. Each episode will feature candid conversations and expert insights, exploring stories that inspire, challenge, and educate.

The podcast will:

  • Highlight the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals.
  • Provide actionable advice for organisations striving to become more inclusive.
  • Celebrate the strengths and perspectives that neurodiversity brings to workplaces and communities.

3. Expanded Workshops and Training Services

In 2025, we’re continuing to deliver tailored workshops that combine research, lived experience, and actionable strategies. Our workshops are designed to:

  • Raise awareness of neurodiversity in workplaces, schools, and communities.
  • Provide leadership teams with the tools to support neurodivergent employees.
  • Shift cultures toward valuing inclusion and accessibility as fundamental to success.

A New Home for SPARK

 

We’re thrilled to announce that SPARK has joined the Catalyst Community at the Innovation Centre, Belfast. After years of growth and collaboration, SPARK finally has a home to call its own! This space represents more than just a physical location, it’s a place where ideas, innovation, and inclusion will come to life. Can’t beat a bit of hustle and bustle to get the creative juices going.

We’re excited to share our refreshed website, www.neurodiversityspark.com, designed to reflect our mission better and make it easier for you to access our resources and updates. Soon, this will also be the home of our membership portal, where neurodivergent individuals, allies, and organisations can connect, learn, and collaborate. Stay tuned as we build this platform together with our community to ensure it meets your needs.

Looking Ahead: 2025 Goals

This year, SPARK is setting bold goals to expand our reach and deepen our impact:
