Last November 2024, I had the privilege of being approached by Maya Kelly, a talented creator from Ulster University’s student TV channel, OffShoot TV. Maya was working on a short but powerful video about ADHD and invited SPARK to take part in an interview for it.
In the video, you’ll meet Rachel, a former Ulster University student, sharing her heartfelt experience of the struggles she faced while waiting for an ADHD diagnosis. You’ll also hear from Gary and Cara, both proud Ulster University Alumni, as the introduce Neurodiversity SPARK, and highlight how we work to support and empower neurodivergent individuals.
Being part of this meaningful project was truly an honour, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness of ADHD and neurodiversity. A huge thank you to Maya and the OffShoot TV team for creating such a thoughtful and impactful piece.
